How temperatures can feel to the human body 

Many different indices have been developed to try to describe how a given temperature will

feel

to the human body. But the truth is that the same temperature, even with the same humidity, will feel different in different areas, and even to different people! Even other factors such as recent temperatures, different physiology in individuals, and behavioral adaptations can influence how much a person is acclimated to certain temperatures and thus how it feels to them. Is there a way to realistically measure or describe how hot or cold any given person feels? With a warming and changing climate, how would this be evaluated?
